Transition Time works with organisations’ to up-skill female executives in their leadership mindset and capabilities. This is all designed to assist them to achieve great things, both at work and at home.

We have a particular passion for gender equality in the workplace and believe that Australian businesses would benefit from more diverse thinking and decision-making at the board and senior levels. This means:

  • having more women at the top,
  • retaining and promoting existing female talent,
  • proactively removing stereotypes and unconscious bias in our working culture, language, systems and processes, and;
  • addresses other common barriers to women’s success.

The business case for organizational change in the gender space is attractive to employers too. Gender diverse workforces are proven several times over to be more successful. Research shows organisations with more women at the top financially outperform those without, with 10% higher return on equity, 36% higher stock price growth and nearly double EBIT growth compared to the industry average (McKinsey, 2008).

We have developed a series of programs to assist individuals and organisations in improving gender equity in the workplace. These programs are based on key findings from recent research (June 2015) undertaken by the Committee for Perth, as well as recommendations from the Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
